  • call the help desk at the short number 0890;
  • while abroad, call +7 495 766 0166.

In all cases, you will first be answered by a robot answering machine. Following his instructions, you will be able to switch to the operator (live person) of the MTS help desk. After that, you will only have to describe the situation, apply to turn off the mobile Internet and wait for the service to be deactivated (it will happen either immediately or after a short time). You will also be notified by SMS about successful deactivation.

Submitting an application at the MTS branch

You can also personally come to the MTS mobile phone salon. A map with the addresses of all branches in the country can be viewed on the company's official website in the "Help / Shops" section.
