1. First, start preparing the dough. Beat the eggs with sugar with a whisk or mixer until fluffy, add the vegetable oil and continue beating for another 5 minutes.

2. Sift the flour together with cocoa and baking powder separately. Mix the dry mixture with the liquid mixture and beat lightly with a mixer. The dough should be liquid.

3. Set the dough aside and prepare the filling. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Soak the raisins in warm water, then drain the water and dry the raisins.

4. Mix cottage cheese with raisins, beat in eggs, add orange zest and softened butter. Add pudding and cooled milk to the bowl with the filling, mix everything well until smooth.

Delicate biscuit dough, a large layer of curd filling - this pie can be called dietary. It can be served with tea or instead of a casserole for breakfast. Lush, beautiful and very tasty! You can add lemon zest and the crazy aroma from this cake will wake up the whole family in the morning.

Ingredients:

for test:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • a pinch of vanillin

For filling:

  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • sugar to taste
  • a pinch of vanillin

Recipe for pie with curd filling in a slow cooker:

For the biscuit dough, beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy white foam (beat with a mixer for 7-10 minutes). Add flour in small portions and gently mix the dough with a spoon (!).

For the filling, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanillin.

Grease the bowl with any oil. Place a little dough on the bottom of the bowl, then carefully distribute all the cottage cheese over the dough and pour the remaining dough on top.

Set the “baking” mode. Bake the sponge cake with cottage cheese in a slow cooker for 80 minutes (60+20 minutes). After the signal, remove the cake from the bowl using a steamer basket and cool.

Start by preparing the test. Take chicken eggs. Place in the bowl of a food mixer or blender. Pour in granulated sugar. Beat until fluffy.

Add sifted wheat flour in several additions. Using a spatula, stir into the dough mixture using upward movements.

Line the multicooker bowl with parchment; this is not necessary. Grease well with butter. Place fresh or canned pear slices, cut side up.

Pour in the prepared biscuit dough. Using a circular motion, spread throughout the bowl. Close the lid. Turn on the “baking” program for 60 minutes.

While the sponge cake is baking, prepare the curd cream. Add full-fat cottage cheese, soft butter, and boiled condensed milk to a deep bowl. Beat with an immersion blender until creamy. If you don’t have a blender, rub the cottage cheese several times through a fine sieve and mash well with butter and condensed milk.

The biscuit is ready. Leave for 15-20 minutes to cool slightly. Remove from bowl and cool to room temperature.

Grease the cooled cake with a small amount of cream. Sprinkle red currants on top. Take fresh or frozen currants. If you use frozen, you do not need to rinse and defrost it.

Spoon the remaining cream into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and decorate the top. You can get creative and decorate the pie as you wish. Our delicacy is ready. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then take it out, cut it into portions and invite everyone to drink tea.
