Mantras - what are mantras, types of mantras, how to read mantras correctly, the influence of mantras on human life. What is a mantra and why is it needed?

They must be pronounced in the ancient language Sanskrit. That is why many people prefer to compare a mantra with a prayer or a conspiracy, and some see in it mystical combinations of words. But, perhaps, the most correct definition means a sacred ancient formula, which contains a strong energy charge. Its main concentration is in the vibration of sound, which is a powerful carrier of spiritual power and a code that hides higher knowledge.

The effect of mantra on consciousness

Before practicing mantras, you need to try to understand how they work. Only after a person realizes this will the mantra be read consciously and correctly. Her work can be compared to music that sounds without any voice accompaniment. This is how contact can be established between a person’s mind and his soul. A mantra is a kind of tuning fork. With the help of sound, which appears both in the soul and in the brain of a person, a vibration arises that promotes spiritual healing and finding inner peace.

The Om mantra, like other mantras, is the result of the meditative practice of ancient Indian sages. While in nirvana, they comprehended the truth given by the Universe, and having understood the essence, they immediately wrote it down in the Rigveda - the book of wisdom, so that descendants could use this knowledge. Many of the truths that were obtained by practitioners in nirvana were enclosed in powerful mantras, the reading of which spiritualizes, gives a perfect appearance to the surrounding world, helps a person’s cherished desires come true, gives success, and also heals from various ailments.

Mantra of love

With the help of mantras, you can return the love of a loved one or find a new feeling. There are a very large number of them, from which each person can choose for himself exactly the one that, in his opinion, can help in solving his problems.

You can listen to the texts of the mantras in recordings, or pronounce them out loud yourself - the result should be good in any case. You should not use different texts at the same time - magic mantras do not like it when attention is scattered. It is enough to choose one mantra and, adhering to the established rules, constantly meditate with its help. Experts advise beginners to listen to mantras.

There are many ways you can attract love and happiness into your life. In our Center, under the guidance of an experienced psychic, you can learn to independently adjust your destiny. You can also get qualified help in the treatment of many serious diseases, as evidenced by numerous reviews of people who managed to cope with the diseases.

Health mantra

According to Eastern philosophers, a person is the personification of his own thoughts. That is why you can understand the cause of each disease by “digging” into its consciousness. The healing mantra directs its effect on the human subconscious. Vibrations of sound and phrases, which were selected by sages many centuries ago, constitute the principle of treating diseases in Indian traditions.

It is believed that reading mantras, in addition to the human subconscious, also affects the energy surrounding it, changing it according to the meaning of the text. But unlike drug treatment, they do not act on just one organ, but on the body as a whole, healing it at the same time.

Experts involved in Eastern teachings are confident that the development of any disease occurs due to the occurrence of an internal energy imbalance. Any physical pain is a consequence of fears, doubts and other negative emotions. With the help of such texts you can cleanse the energy field. After all, finding inner harmony helps a person to put an end to negative emotions, and thereby get rid of the disease.

You can learn about ways to combat diseases caused by negative energy at the School of Psychics and Healers. In difficult cases associated with damage, the evil eye, etc., it is necessary to contact an experienced healer, who, having previously established the correct diagnosis, will help get rid of the disease.

Mantra of wish fulfillment

You can read a mantra, which is considered an important type of spiritual practice, anywhere and without being tied to any specific time. Some recommend meditating at sunset, others, on the contrary, at dawn. There are also recommendations for reading mantras depending on the phase of the moon, in solitude or in company, lying on the sofa or sitting in a chair. As practice shows, there are no strict limits on this issue.

But it is better to do this in sunlight or moonlight. The sound of water flowing from a tap can also enhance the impact of the mantra. But meditating before bed can interfere with restful rest. A few hours before meditation you should not eat or drink alcohol. In order for the wish fulfillment mantra to bring the desired result, you should adhere to the following recommendations:

  1. When reading, the posture should be comfortable and the body should be relaxed.
  2. Before pronouncing the mantra, you should focus on your desires and confidently say them out loud.
  3. It should be chanted, and if the text is heard in a recording, then you need to sing along, despite the incomprehensibility of the language.
  4. The desire mantra must be recited 108 times. This number is considered sacred by many. It is a symbol of infinity and perfection. In order not to get lost when counting, it is best to use a rosary with the required number of beads. In this case, the rosary is charged with the power of mantras and can subsequently be used as an energy talisman.

Mantra for attracting money

The sounds of individual syllables when reading mantras are not a guarantee of receiving a specific amount of money. The purpose of these special sounds is to create a special energy of success, which will not immediately, but after some time, bring harmony into a person’s life, which will make the process of making money easier, and will also create situations in life that are favorable for this. In order for the result to please you, the Ganesha mantra must be read 108 times and for at least half an hour.

Some esotericists recommend increasing the duration of the session to two hours, but for beginners such mantras for attracting finances overload the subconscious. Therefore, only prepared people can afford such a period of time. It is best to practice meditation alone, in complete peace and quiet. To concentrate well while reciting the money mantra, you can use a figurine of the god Ganesha, rosary beads or incense containing essential oils of jasmine, mint, and orange.

In order for improvements in life to begin to occur after meditation using mantras, it is important to believe in their effectiveness, keep love in your heart and strive to do good to other people. Only then will spiritual practice be complete, and reading mantras will bring long-awaited happiness.

Mantras are sacred words, one might say “hymns” in Buddhism and Hinduism. Mantras translated from Sanskrit mean an instrument of thought, a means of transmitting thoughts. Mantras, when pronounced, require accurate reproduction of the sounds of which they are composed. Every sound, word, syllable in mantras has a deep sacred meaning. Therefore, the correct pronunciation is so important. mantras - appealing to the gods of Hinduism, praising natural phenomena (such as mantras to the rising sun).

But mainly mantras are used to appeal to the gods. But mantras differ from prayers in that, when pronouncing them, a person tries, as it were, to identify with that god, with that hypostasis of God, which is indicated in the mantra. And after identification, a person receives the necessary qualities or changes in life that he wanted to obtain by reading mantras.

Mantras tune a person to a certain state, and as a result, his life begins to change. There are healing mantras, mantras of wealth, prosperity, good luck, success, mantras of love, mantras of knowledge, enlightenment, etc.

Mantras also differ from ordinary prayers in that they consist almost exclusively of the names of deities. Therefore, when pronouncing them, a person tunes into the energy of one or another deity, merging with him.
Most often, mantras are read during meditation. The most significant number of repetitions of mantras will be 108. The most active “mantrists” read mantras a thousand times or more. But in principle, it will be enough to read mantras in any number divisible by 9. To make the process of reading mantras clearer and more disciplined, beads made from sandalwood or rudraksha, as well as from other types of trees, are used. These beads are called "mala". The rosary contains 108 beads, and one large bead - “Meru”. You need to read the beads starting from “meru” and move further - one matra per bead. Having reached the “meru”, turn the rosary and start again, going “backwards”. You can’t go over the “measure”, because... It is believed that the rotation of the rosary will be the rotation of the “wheel of samsara,” and in Buddhism and Hinduism they try to avoid this - to get rid of samsara.
When pronounced, mantras should cause a vibration effect in the human body - each sound of the mantra resonates with internal organs and cells, causing a beneficial effect. Mantras are usually not pronounced, but sung. at the same time, the state should be joyful, pleasant, sublime.

Maha mantra – Great Mantra

Mach - Great.

Mantra - Liberation of the mind.

Transcendental vibration resulting from repetition mantras:

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna

Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

Hare Rama Hare Rama

Rama Rama Hare Hare

Word Hara- this is a form of appeal to the energy of the Lord,

A Krishna And Frame- forms of appeal to the Lord himself.

AND Krishna And Frame, both names mean “supreme pleasure”,

A Hara is the supreme energy of the Lord’s pleasure, taking the form in the vocative case Hare. The Supreme Pleasure Potency of the Lord helps us to reach Him.

This is the sublime method of reviving our transcendental consciousness. As living eternal souls, we are all primordially conscious Krishna beings, but now our consciousness is contaminated by the material atmosphere because from time immemorial we have been in contact with matter. The material atmosphere in which we now live is called Maya, that is, an illusion. Word Mayan means “that which is not there.”

A mantra is one sound or sentence repeated in a circle the required number of times. This is a type of ancient prayer in Sanskrit.

Why and where are mantras used?

First of all, people who practice meditation know the essence of a mantra, what it is and what it is for. They are needed to immerse yourself in a special state of peace and relaxation. You can use them in an esoteric sense, but in fact meditation is the most common way to relax and clear your mind. Performing mantras helps the brain tune in to the desired wavelength. Sound vibrations help the mind and body relax.

Also, people who know the power of sound well can say that these prayers are of great importance for improving life. If you ask them about mantras - what they are and what they are for, they will answer that they are sound vibrations that help achieve prosperity, health, love and anything else. There is a theory that mantras help to fulfill desires and treat diseases. There are special mantras of love, healing or so-called health mantras.

How a mantra helps you relax and calm down

When you meditate or just sit in a comfortable position alone and chant the same sound hundreds of times, your consciousness, your brain, concentrates only on that sound and its reproduction. Thus, all thoughts leave your head, only this sound remains. And even if you don’t believe in the esoteric features of these ancient prayers, their practical benefits cannot be disputed. During periods of stress and great mental tension, it is useful to switch gears and relax. But not everyone succeeds. I’m used to relaxing in front of a computer monitor or in front of the TV. But in reality, such a vacation gives absolutely nothing. It is important to completely relax your body and let go of all thoughts for at least ten minutes, only then will there be an effect. And the easiest way to achieve this is by listening and reading mantras. You can turn on a recording of chanting mantras and first mentally, and then out loud, repeat after the performer. You can read in silence or with relaxing music on your own.

How to perform mantras correctly

Firstly, you shouldn’t rush, it’s better to stretch out the sounds, as if singing them. Secondly, it is better to learn the text of the mantra in advance. Thirdly, you need to focus only on the mantra, on pronouncing it. Don't let extraneous thoughts enter your head. It may seem difficult the first time, but with practice you will get better at it. In addition, if you often use mantras, for example, for relaxation, the brain itself will already connect these two concepts. And upon hearing a familiar sound, you will reflexively calm down and tune in to a wave of relaxation.

Fourthly, you should constantly practice only one or two mantras. You don't need to change them every day. So it is unlikely to bring tangible benefits. In order to decide on “yours,” you must first study what mantras there are, what they are and what each of them is intended for, to understand why exactly you need it.

Almost every mantra also has its own rules for pronouncing it and even recommendations on what time of day it is best to read it. It is also customary to read mantras at least 108 times. Or more times, but always a multiple of three. In order not to lose count and not get hung up on it, they use a rosary with 108 small beads and one large one in order to understand that the circle has ended. When reading them, it is easy, without thinking, to finger one after each utterance.

What matters is frequency or regularity. The effect will be even if you devote five to ten minutes a day to performing mantras, but daily. But it is unlikely that there will be any benefit if you carry out this practice for several hours in a row, but only once a month.

And, of course, you need privacy. So that no one and nothing distracts during the “session”. And it is important that the position you are in at this time is comfortable and that your spine is straight.

General meaning of mantras

A mantra can be selected not only according to its purpose, but also according to its character. In Hinduism, mantras are addresses to the gods. And the gods also have their own characters. Therefore, even for the same purposes, different people need to choose different sound compositions.

For example, for introverts, the Hindu god Shiva will be closest, and, accordingly, prayers addressed to him. For example, “Om Namah Shivaya” is a mantra to tune into a wave of calm and relaxation. It translates roughly as respect or praise to the god Shiva.

For extroverts, mantras dedicated to Krishna are more suitable. For example: “Om Klim Krishna Govindaya Gopijana Vallabhaya Svaha.”

If you cannot decide which type you consider yourself to be, then there are also universal mantras. For example, the Vedic “Om Bhur Bhuvah Swaha Tat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat.” This is a mantra for health, mental health and peace of mind. It is called the Gayatri mantra, and it is best to recite it at sunrise, facing it.

How the mantra works: what it is and why

From Sanskrit, “mantra” is translated as “liberation of the mind.” And it is needed precisely for this, first of all, to free the mind from everything negative. And this, in turn, leads not only to spiritual growth, but also to cleansing of the body. After all, scientists have long proven that all our diseases, roughly speaking, are from nerves, or more correctly, from our thoughts, from the negativity that we accept and carry within ourselves for years, or even decades, without knowing how to get rid of him. So, with regular and correct pronunciation of these ancient prayers in Sanskrit, you can gradually get rid of not only stress that has arisen recently, but also from old negative accumulations of emotions and thoughts in our mind and consciousness. And this happens thanks to sound vibrations, so you need to learn how to pronounce sounds correctly. You should start with the most ancient and simplest sound “Om”, or in other words “Aum”. And it must be pronounced as you exhale, trying to direct the air to the lower abdomen. Also, this mantra, and any other, should be practiced only with an empty stomach, that is, either before a meal, or at least 2.5 hours after.

The mantra works not only due to sound, but also by changing the ratio of oxygen and carbon in the body. To pronounce sounds correctly, you need to breathe in a certain way, which contributes to a positive effect on the brain and the body as a whole. In terms of breathing, it is similar to pranayama - the yogic practice of healthy breathing.

What are mantras, what are they for, how do they work, where did they come from and are there any benefits from mantras? These are the main questions of those who are just beginning to get acquainted with Sanskrit prayers, which are incomprehensible in content and pronunciation and effective in action. The effect of mantras has been proven, the main thing is to know how to use them correctly, because mantras are special syllables, words and texts that require accurate reproduction, 100% corresponding to the original.

How does a mantra work?

Before you can understand how to use mantras, you must know how they work. Only in this way will the practice of reading become conscious and correct. For example, turn on the radio station while continuously scrolling through different songs, without the text of the presenters. The music will flow in an endless stream. The mantra should also flow, establishing contact between the spiritual beginning of a person and his brain, tuning it to the internal wave, and it to the wave of the Universe.

A mantra is a kind of tuning fork; through sound, a certain vibration is born in the mind and body, helping to calm thoughts, realize spiritual potential, and understand the true nature.

The sound has a strong power. Many spiritual traditions consider sound to be the primary form of being, the original manifestation of the Spirit on the level of matter. The Vedas state that “Om” (“AUM”) is the first, basic sound; generating and containing all other sounds, personifying the highest, spiritual principle of the Universe itself.

The sound “Om”, along with other mantras, was born during the meditations of sages in ancient times. It was in a state of complete nirvana that they realized the truth, hearing it and passing it on to future generations. These truths are contained in mantras that can not only spiritualize and improve everything around us, but also fulfill desires, attract good luck, and relieve diseases. Isn't this magic?

From the history…

The generally accepted belief is that Sanskrit mantras were first written down in the Rig Veda, the oldest collection of sacred hymns of Hinduism, containing a large number of slokas. The Rig Veda dates back to the 12th century BC. But if we consider that mantras are part of the oral heritage, then we can safely say that they are even older and were used long before the indicated time.

Spiritual seekers of ancient times, driven by the desire to achieve union with the Divine in order to get rid of suffering, developed certain sounds and their sequences, which, when mentally pronounced, turned the gaze inward and calmed the mind. Inner silence made it possible to comprehend the more subtle aspects of existence that go beyond the ordinary vision of the real world, allowing one to find unity with the Absolute - the eternal source of life and incredible peace.

Comparison of words in Russian and Sanskrit

In India, Sanskrit is still considered a sacred language. It is the language of the gods, connecting mere mortals to their higher selves. The power of a mantra directly depends on its pronunciation, which must be correct. Careless pronunciation of sounds will not lead to achieving the goal and results, you will simply waste time.

Few people speak Sanskrit today, and the best way to hear the correct sound of a mantra is to find it in audio format and not just listen, but learn it by heart. It is better to read these prayers not from sight, but from memory, this way their power increases, because at the moment of reading you are not concentrating on a sheet of paper with the text, letting your thoughts wander through your own subconscious.

The recitation of mantras is called “japa”, which means “muttering” or “whispering”. The prayers are not really read out loud, but muttered or whispered. After all, where does sound come from? From a transcendental, “silent” source, which is called the “higher sound” or “higher voice.” Each sound has a bit of creative power, but in mantras it is most powerful, since they are formulas for combining strong sounds, syllables and words.

Guide to action

Meditation is directly related to concentration of the mind. You won't be able to concentrate if your body feels uncomfortable or your breathing is uneven. Before you begin meditation, you should practice asanas or pranayama, which relax and fill you with energy, even out your breathing, and get rid of exciting thoughts.

You need to decide in advance how long the meditation will be. For beginners, fifteen minutes is enough. The effectiveness of meditation is achieved through regular practice.

It’s better to start with short procedures, but regular ones; you don’t need to immediately organize “meditation marathons” - they will discourage you from any desire to meditate at all.

To meditate, you need to sit comfortably on a chair or floor, placing a pillow or blanket under the base of your spine. Afterwards, you should choose a body position in which the natural curves of the spine are preserved and in which it will be as comfortable as possible for you to sit motionless for a long period of time. Having taken a position, you need to close your eyes, take a couple of slow deep breaths and exhales, after which you completely cease to control your breathing.

The mantra must be repeated slowly, in the same rhythm, without speeding up or slowing down, while concentrating only on its sound. The practice should be in sync with natural breathing. For example, read the first half of the mantra as you inhale, and the second half as you exhale. Choose short mantras! There is no need to immediately read a long prayer, you will get confused, and as a result you will not get anything, not even pleasure from your own work.

In India and Tibet, there is a spiritual tradition that involves chanting or chanting mysterious sounds, and yogis or Buddhist monks can repeat these spells for hours. These sacred chants are called mantras.

What is a mantra

Eastern mantra can be compared to Christian prayer. In both cases, a person turns to God. The prayer is usually read in the native language. The mantra is pronounced in Sanskrit.

The meaning of prayer is specific: praising God, asking for help, or remembering the deceased. The mantra is more universal and has a multifaceted interpretation. It can be perceived as a single whole or divided into words and each syllable and sound considered separately.

The power of the mantra lies in sound vibrations, which incomprehensibly affect the physical, mental and emotional state of a person.

Yogis actively use mantras in their practice. Mantras create a certain mood, align energy and calm the mind. Eastern mystics believe that chanting these sacred texts puts a person on the same wavelength as the Creator, and therefore endows the practitioner with universal power.

One way or another, mantras have earned themselves a good reputation and are very popular not only in the East, but also in the West. New Age performers often include the performance of mantras in their repertoire. The group White Sun was even awarded a Grammy Award in 2017.

In this video, the White Sun group performs the AAP SAHAI KHOA mantra:

How to treat with a mantra? Dr. Nida Chenagtsang Method

Mantras can be used not only for spiritual practices, but also for physical healing. In the East they have always believed that body and soul are inextricably linked. By influencing the subtle substances of a person, it is possible to heal diseased organs on the physical plane. The sounds of the mantra harmonize consciousness and cause the body cells to vibrate at a certain frequency. Therefore, they can cure many diseases.

Tibetan doctor Nida Chenagtsang in his book “Treatment with Mantras” described in detail all the intricacies of sound therapy. He pointed out the importance of proper nutrition and lifestyle to get results. The author gave recommendations on choosing a place and time favorable for therapy. The book describes different types of mantras and the use of ritual objects to enhance the impact: rosaries, crystals, metal products. Let's list some tips from the book.

Before reciting the mantra

  1. Under no circumstances should you smoke, drink alcohol or drink other stimulants.
  2. A few hours before practice, do not eat onions, garlic, chicory and meat (especially smoked meat).
  3. Carefully store speech energy. Remember that any rude expressions, false words, unfair reproaches, judgmental speeches and empty talk reduce your potential to zero.
  4. The place for practice should be quiet and calm, exclude the presence of animals in the room.
  5. To cleanse Vishuddhi (throat chakra), rinse your mouth with clean water. Consecutive recitation of the letters of the Sanskrit alphabet, which must be repeated 7 times before the main meditation, has a strong cleansing effect.

During meditation

  1. Pay attention to your posture. Your back should be straight while reading, keeping your spine strictly vertical.
  2. Breathe evenly, pronounce sounds clearly, without distorting or swallowing words.
  3. The number of repetitions must be a multiple of 9. A mantra repeated 108 times is especially powerful.
  4. Try not to lose count. If this happens, you sneezed or mispronounced the mantra, the ritual must be started over.

After singing

Chanting the mantra gave healing power to the breath. Now you can treat the painful area by simply blowing 2-3 times.

You can also take a container of clean water and blow on it. This water can be poured into a cup and given to a sick person to drink.

Benefits of chanting mantras

The chanting of sacred texts in the Eastern tradition is not a simple ritual act. It is not for nothing that the translation of the word “mantra” contains such meanings as “magic” and “an instrument for realizing intentions.”

Sound vibrations change the surrounding space

Each mantra has a characteristic rhythm, special intonation and its own style of execution. This determines the effect of the impact. One mantra gives a person determination and helps him overcome difficulties. The other, on the contrary, pacifies the consciousness and immerses in a state of grace.

There is a whole direction in yoga that studies the influence of mantra on people and the world around them. Yogis see in this practice the interaction of the human biofield with the energies of different planes.

  1. Adherents of the doctrine believe that during meditation the human aura is cleansed and aligned, the chakras open, and energy flows become intense.
  2. This leads to the elimination of imbalances in the functioning of the main systems of the body, establishing harmony on the mental, emotional and more subtle levels. Simply put, your health is restored.
  3. Spiritual teachers claim that a mantra gives the effect that you yourself put into it. There is a legend about Tibetan monks who read one sacred verse at the table before each meal. This is how they charged food with miraculous vibrations. The prayed foods endowed the monks with strength and longevity. All these people lived more than a hundred years.
  4. Some mantras improve memory and make thinking clear and precise. In addition, they awaken a craving for creativity. A person begins to think with insights, beautiful poems, amazing music and divine images are born in the mind.
  5. Mantra meditation accelerates spiritual growth. While singing ancient oriental prayers, a person feels like a part of a single whole. A feeling of love and compassion for all living beings spontaneously awakens in him.

Methods of performing mantras

Mantra yoga offers step-by-step development:

  • start from the stage called Vaikhari-japa. At this level, it is recommended to chant the mantra out loud. Using a recording from an experienced performer will make your task easier. You can just sing along. Then try singing on your own, but be sure to follow a certain rhythm;
  • the second stage is Upansu Japa. The practitioner recites the mantra in a whisper, so quietly that only he can hear the sound. Following the rhythm is not a requirement;
  • the third stage, which is called Manasik Japa, is intended for those who have considerable experience in meditation. The sacred phrase is sung exclusively in the mind, without the participation of the vocal apparatus. Avoid even moving your lips. This stage is quite difficult for a beginner, because in silence the mind will begin to fill with uncontrollable thoughts and distract from japa;
  • the level of highest mastery is Ajapa-japa (literally, “meditation without meditation”). This is when the performer and the mantra itself are fused together. Consciousness turns into sacred sound. Therefore, the performer does not need special conditions and a special place. At any moment he is ready to chant the mantra.

Mantra meditation in silence

What is important for a beginner to pay attention to?

Mantra yoga, like any spiritual practice, requires maximum concentration during classes. Try to organize your meditation space so that nothing distracts you from chanting. A secluded, quiet place, comfortable clothing, a comfortable body position and even the temperature of the room - everything should serve to concentrate attention.

Ventilate the room or leave a window open. If the room is cool, use a blanket. Also keep a bottle of water handy in case you get thirsty.

The simplified lotus pose is suitable for chanting mantras. Sit on the mat, straighten your back and cross your legs, spreading your knees to the sides. Relax your body, your chest should breathe easily and freely.

How to Meditate

So, you have chosen a place and time. Where to start meditation?

First of all, you need to know the mantra by heart. Sight reading will not allow you to truly perceive sound because your eyes will be involved. Secondly, constantly referring to a cheat sheet will not allow you to completely relax and immerse yourself in a meditative state.

  1. Take a comfortable position and close your eyes.
  2. To begin, take several deep breaths. At the same time, feel and imagine how the air (and with it prana - vital energy) fills your lungs.
  3. Clear your mind of thoughts. Leave all emotions and worries outside the room.
  4. Focus on the physical body, on every cell of the body. You can start with the tips of your fingers or soles of your feet, gradually moving your attention to other areas of the body. This will help turn off your thoughts.
  5. Try to feel the flow of energy. One descends on you from space, the second feeds you from the Earth.
  6. Start singing.
  7. You can start chanting mantras 9 times, and increase the number of repetitions every day. The classic circle of japa involves reciting the mantra 108 times. For accurate counting, use a rosary, as the monks do.
  8. You yourself will feel when to end the meditation. Stay in place for a while, examining the changes that occurred during practice.
  9. Smile at the surroundings and return to your business.

To count correctly, use a rosary

Fragment of the lecture by A. G. Khakimov “Destination and Fate”:

Why is it important to read the mantra correctly?

There are a number of rules that make meditation effective.

  1. Avoid fuss and haste.
  2. Make sure your pronunciation is clear and the stress is correct.
