  6. Boil the rice and add turmeric at the end for a beautiful yellow color. Crush to make a sticky mess.
  7. Wet your hands with water, pinch off a piece of rice mixture and form a ball. Press the ball down with your finger to form a shallow cup and place the minced meat in the cavity. Pinch the edges.
  8. Place the cutlets on a plate and place in the freezer for 3 hours.

If you want to prepare minced meat yourself, then the proportions should be approximately the same: 70% beef and 30% pork. As for the meat itself, the best option would be beef brisket or shoulder and a piece of fatty pork.

    It is believed that a little minced poultry can be added to the meat. This is true. In this case, the cutlets will turn out more tender. However, the amount of minced poultry should not exceed 10% of the amount of meat ingredient.

    Classic recipe for minced meat cutlets with rice

    Now you can return directly to the cutlets. In general, there are a lot of recipes for this dish. And few housewives who often cook cutlets make them according to the instructions.
